Lone Star Dinosaurs

Lone Star Dinosaurs

Client: Fort Worth Museum of Science & History
Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Challenge:

Transform an established museum into an extraordinary learning environment

Solution:

Use paleontology to engage visitors in experiences that mimic real science processes while telling the story of the museum’s incredible dinosaur finds. We teamed with the museum’s paleontology curators and university partners to define touchstones of science process. We then transformed them into hands-on activities that helped visitors feel comfortable asking questions, collecting data, building interpretations, and discovering that science is more than facts—it’s an extraordinary way of thinking.
Scope:
Master planning, exhibition design, exhibit prototyping & evaluation, architectural advising, space planning, infrastructure specification, graphic design & production, fabrication & installation management
